Identified by the State Government through Development Victoria as the location for a new transit city, Officer is projected to have 5000 dwellings and a population of 18,000 by 2030.
Outlines and DesignInc Melbourne were joint winners of a shortlisted competition in 2009 to design the Major Activity Centre at Officer. Our work entails best practice streetscape typologies, urban density studies, wetland management and green space design.
Officer is to be a 6 Star sustainable suburb, with a new medium density core based around the existing Pakenham train line. Over multiple years and stages beginning with extensive master planning, we have delivered extensive parts of the activity centre, creeks and waterways, and the residential subdivision.
